Engagement Specialist 

The Engagement Specialist is a key member of the Colorado “I Have A Dream” Foundation team, leading enrichment opportunities for our youth in grades 3-8.  This position supports the academic, social, and emotional growth of youth through the design and delivery of program lessons derived from our robust program curriculum and serves as an advocate for all youth and families in the program. The Engagement Specialist manages a caseload of youth and connects regularly one-on-one with youth and their families.
